You will be taught how to record observations, experiences, ideas, information and insights appropriate to intentions as well as analyzing and critically evaluate art and design practice demonstrating an understanding of purposes, meanings and contexts
Outline
You will be given the opportunity to develop your ability to appreciate the visual world and to respond in a personal and creative way. You will embrace all aspects of the Fine Art disciplines: Painting and Drawing; Printmaking; Sculpture; Alternative Media.

Progression
Fine Art students usually progress to do an Art & Design – Level 4 BTEC Diploma Foundation Studies and/or Art degree
They then go to study on a three-year degree course in specialist areas such as: fine art, graphic design, architecture, interior design, film, animation, textiles, fashion, furniture and many more.
